How to...order:

Our price list is in EUR, but you can of course pay in USD. The price is in this case calculated according the current USD/EUR exchange rate. The price represents the sum that is to be credit to our bank account. All bank charges are settled by your side! Before sending the goods we require the binding order from your University/Company sent to address of our copany (fax: +420 220 940 137, e-mail: info@katchem.cz) or pre-payment. Then we will dispatch the goods as soon as possible. We dispatch the goods by FedEx. If you have the FedEx number, we can send the goods collect.

Concerning payment, we prefer banking transfer. In case of payment by credit card the prices of goods and transport are higher by 5 % (due to extra charge in banks in our country).

Special note for all states except EU states, the U.S.A., Japan and Canada:
Before all, we need from you completed End Use Declaration (the form here) written on letterhead sheet of your University/Company with signature and stamp (not only printed) and your order sent by current mail. Then we will ask our Ministry of Trade for the Export License. After having Export License (by 30 days after our application) we can send you the chemical(s) to your University/Company. For the dispatch we need also from your authorities the Import License or the confirmation (again signed by your Customs Authorities) that for the import of compound(s) is not needed any Import License. We will charge you the fee 90 EUR /1 kg of compound for the Export Licence.

Katchem Ltd. has its site at area of research institutes in Rez. Go from Prague on highway E55 in the direction of Teplice. (see red arrows in the map below). Approximately 5 km from Prague You will pass two yellow gas-stations JET on both sides of highway. Here starts yellow mileage signs with negative value -2. First exit after that (mileage -1) turn to the right, pass under highway and continue on second class road with the same direction cca 1 km. Then turn to the left and continue without turning on any cross-roads cca 8 km through Rez-village down to Vltava-river. The area is placed at the end of the road. The road does not continue. Close to your first exit from E55 starts blue aiming tables with arrows to Hotel-Vltava. This hotel is placed 100m from our area. It is the best way to follow these billboards.
